QA-07Public toolkit
Take the inspection method into the room.
These plain-text working tools are designed to be copied, adapted, printed, versioned, and attached to public evidence. They create structure; accountable people still own the judgment.
From first scope to verified closure.
Use only the tools the inspection needs, but preserve the identifiers and handoffs so the record remains reconstructable.
Inspection worksheet
Define the subject, authority, consequence boundary, evidence ledger, eight dimensions, hard stops, and provisional gate.
Public scorecard
A printable 0–3 + unknown scorecard with hard-stop, finding, reviewer, date, and correction fields.
Finding + CAPA record
Condition, criterion, evidence, consequence, mechanism, owner, correction, prevention, verification, and closure.
AI procurement questions
Purpose, data, model, evaluation, action boundary, human ownership, incident, appeal, stop, and retirement questions.
Source ledger schema
Claim states, source identity, coverage, counterevidence, unknowns, corrections, and downstream dependencies.
A complete form is not a complete inspection. Unknown stays unknown. A total never erases a hard stop. A finding stays open until effectiveness is verified.
